RETURN POLICY
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

- Within 24-48 hours our returns department will contact you either via e-mail or phone call.
- Our returns department will issue an RMA # and provide further instructions to complete the return. RMA #’s are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days customers have to request and have a new RMA # approved.
- Preparing your item for shipment:
- a. Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton.
- b. Do not write on the original product packaging itself. Only on the outside shipping carton.
- c. Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
- d. Keep your tracking number until the return process is finalized.
- Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused. A restocking fee up to 15% will be assessed.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost incurred on returned products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
* Restocking Fee
All returns for credit will be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. This will cover any original shipping fees, credit card fees, and any other fees associated with the order. Any exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charge.
* Reasons/Circumstances a credit will not be issued:
- Product has been installed
- Product is damaged from installation
- Missing parts, manuals, or original packaging
- Seal on electrical part is broken
- Product serial number does not match the original serial number shipped to the buyer
- Product is deemed not re-saleable due to customers actions
- Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.
- SUPERIOR DIESEL USA will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.
* Special restrictions apply to some of our manufacturers
- PPE – Only returnable if unopened. If an item is opened, used or defective, a RMA # must be obtained from PPE. Once the RMA # is received, please follow our Return Procedure to complete the return.
- S&B – S&B requires a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. This is S&B’s policy and out of SUPERIOR DIESEL USA’s control.
- ATS – ATS requires a 25% restocking fee on any returned item. This is something at SUPERIOR DIESELUSA we have no control over but ATS enforces everyone to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return and we like to be up front with our customers.
- FLO-PRO – Requires a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. If the part has been installed we CANNOT return the product.
- Quadzilla Power – Requires a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. This is Quadzilla’s policy and out of SUPERIOR DIESEL USA’s control.
- Titan Fuel Tanks – Requires a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. This is Titan’s policy and out of SUPERIOR DIESEL USA’s control.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 – 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
SUPERIOR DIESEL USA exclusively ships via UPS or USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. SUPERIOR DIESEL USA will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, SUPERIOR DIESEL USA reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Products marked “In-Stock Ships Today” will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day. Products marked “In-Stock” ordered after the cut-off time will leave our warehouse by the next business day. Products without this message may be directly shipped from the manufacturer or out-of-stock. SUPERIOR DIESEL USA will send an order status update with the products ETA by the next business day. If you need immediate availability please contact customer service.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in-stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days from the shipment date depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. Packages will not be delivered on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on major holidays, this includes expedited services such as Next Day Air. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
Free Shipping Over $99.00
Free Economy Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $99.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items, oversize items, Transferflow Fuel Tanks, ATS Transmissions and BD-Power Transmissions. SUPERIOR DIESEL USA reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion.
Free 1-Day Shipping
Free 1-Day Shipping is available on specially marked products listed on superiordieselusa.com. This Free 1-Day offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 50 U.S. states, which excludes Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free 1-Day Shipping for Canadian Customers – The Free 1-Day Air Shipping promotion is NOT available to Canadian customers. SUPERIOR DIESEL USA will ship any product marked “FREE 1-DAY SHIPPING” UPS Standard Ground free of charge.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
SUPERIOR DIESEL USA CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because SUPERIOR DIESEL USA utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
Canadian Duties & Taxes
The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient; SUPERIOR DIESEL USA has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

SHIPPING INSURANCE
SUPERIOR DIESEL USA shipping insurance is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping insurance in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping insurance applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, contact us and support specialist will respond within 1 business day to finalize the process.
CORE RETURNS
Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 day core credit refunds will be at the discretion of SUPERIOR DIESEL USA.
To return your product core for credit, EMAIL superiorfleet18@gmail.com with your info and order number and we will email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer.
SUPERIOR DIESEL USA recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core’s original invoiced value after inspection.
Please drain all fluids, if any, from the core. The core returned must be a like-for-like make, model, type and part number. Cores will not be accepted from a salvage or junkyard. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
